I had an amazing experience at this ramen spot in New Jersey! The ramen was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles that hit all the right spots. I was super excited to find out Japanese ramen and tendon place and it’s the gem!! I believe it’s the only place where you can eat authentic Japanese food in this neighborhood. First of all, they have great selection of menu options where you can even decide the spiciness of your ramen. I was little skeptical about eggplant dish since I’m not a big fan of eggplants but honestly, this dish is one of my top3!! Plus, their service is on top notch, I highly recommend this place.

My friend recommended this restaurant to me a while ago, and I don’t know why it took me so long to go… OMG, it was spectacular! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. The guy who served us was incredibly friendly and told us we were the first customers to try the new menu—everything looked delicious! We ordered the **Signature Tonkatsu Ramen** and the **Tonkatsu Set**, and I honestly can’t decide which one was better. I got the ramen with regular spice level (if you don’t like spicy food, *regular* is actually very spicy! LOL). Everything was perfect! I 100% recommend it—everything was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back!
